PHOTOS
You are allowed to take photos for personal, non-commercial use. Be sure to remove the flash, as it may disturb other visitors. The use of tripods, monopods and selfie sticks is prohibited inside the exhibition.
TIMETABLES
Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00h. Monday closed except bank holidays | Last slot 1 hour and a half before closing time. These dates and times may be subject to change, please consult the calendar in the purchase process of this website before your visit.
SLOTS
To ensure a pleasant visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organized in passes or slots every half hour. It is necessary to select a specific time and day when purchasing tickets and organizing the visit. Once you enter the exhibition you can stay inside as long as the visitor wishes. The average time of the visit is 1 hour and a half.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY ENTRY TIME?
In that case we will try to let you in for the next pass, subject to availability. We recommend that you arrive punctually, as we cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated on the entrance ticket when seating capacity is full.

DURATION
The average visit time is approximately one hour, check our schedule to plan your visit with enough time to see it all!
ACCESS WITH BABY STROLLERS IS NOT ALLOWED
Access to the exhibition is not allowed with baby strollers or baby carriages. Baby backpacks are allowed. A stroller parking area is available for visitors.
CLOAK ROOM
We do not have a cloak room service. It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drinks, strollers or baby chairs, large backpacks, suitcases, motorcycle helmets, bicycles, skateboards or any other means of transport with wheels. Carrying backpacks are allowed.
MINIMUM AGE
There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to 3 years of age may access the exhibition free of charge by requesting their ticket at the ticket office in advance and attending properly identified. Children up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult family member.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
It is not allowed to bring food and beverages into the exhibition.
